A skincare line should be intentional and cohesive, deliberately and purposefully choosing each ingredient to best serve the skin.

Stability of a formulation is an absolute must; however, it should not be the first goal in mind. All components of a formulation matter because each element has an impact on the skin. Individual ingredients and whole formulations create different reactions and outcomes. My working environment has allowed for me to test and try a plethora of formulations and ingredients on countless different skin types. It is paramount that a formula creator be well versed in the literacy of Skin.
